I bought a 2024 Lowrider ST a couple of weeks ago and felt compelled to provide a review. I didn't receive a "survey" from Harley for whatever reason but would have given them the highest review points possible....all 10+! Working with Cameron, Chad and Brian Lee was an incredibly welcoming and open experience. They were extremely attentive to understand me as a rider, what my interests were and my experiences as a rider. They answered all of my questions and provided me with more pertinent information than I had thought to ask and I quickly appreciated being given the full scope of options thereby giving me complete understanding and control for a totally informed decision making process. I felt refreshingly comfortable with asking question, exercising options, understanding the details from the motorcycle performance all the way to the "dollars" portion. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. I felt in complete control with a clear comprehension of every aspect. It is rare to have such a positive and respectful experience buying a vehicle - it is great to have trust built so genuinely and quickly - and for that I will definitely be back to see them with all my motorcycling needs, questions, concerns and discoveries - and will absolutely send my friends to see them!

But I'll try anyways!I bought my Pan America in August 2023 and service has been amazing for the bike, the sale was great as I've stated in the past.On this Particular sale, I traded my Wide Glide for a Road King. I've always wanted an R.K. and Emerald City made that happen. You can get great deals and have good experiences anywhere. Exceptional, and unbelievable service comes from Emerald City. When they tell you they care and want to get you on the bike of your dreams, it's not a sales pitch. It really is what they do. I'm again humbled and appreciative of the quality received from them. Being able to talk to them, and not only making you feel as if they are old friends, they become your friends! And they really want their friend, (me, you, whoever) to get the bike we want. Well a friend and I came in to look around. As we were talking we had a wonderful chat with soon to find out a excellent salesman named Pierre Boileau once in a lifetime experience. I have purchased a lot of different vehicles in my life, but never had such a awesome experience with him. I absolutely appreciate the experience reason I said heck with it and bought a new 21' Road Glide Special. My experience was more than I could ever imagine. Also the sales lady in HD gear section Brooke's treated my wife with top notch fit made her feel good, made her look even better. Also thanks to DOC and rest of the departments amazed me fully. My family has purchased this will be the 4th new Harley Davidson from this Business. Going on 5th someday soon. Both bikes were purchased from them new.

It has been a while since I financed my motorcycle at Emerald City Harley-Davidson but I thought people should know. I was purchasing a motorcycle from a private party and I wanted to finance it. I called and talked to the General Manager Rick Luce who was more than happy to help me through the process. All I can say is Wow! I was not only able to finance my motorcycle but they made it easy to include all the parts I dreamed of getting in the deal. I walked out happier than I ever could imagine. Here is a great example of a dealership going above and beyond and didn't even sell me the original bike. I recently purchased my first Harley Davidson, a 2008 105th Anniversary Copper and Black Road King Classic, from David Rose at Emerald City Harley Davidson. What an outstanding experience?!The bike is my 50th birthday present, and I have not ridden in 30 years because of my wife's nervousness about motorcycles. Nothing was too much trouble for David - from helping me find a bike that works for my rather large size, to spending a couple of hours working with my wife to help her deal with all of her reservations. David was an absolute star - the best salesperson I have dealt with buying any vehicle I have ever owned (and I have now owned 13 Audi's and several other vehicles). His knowledge of the bikes is excellent. His perceptive recognition of the kinds of issues we were going to run into and his mitigations for them made him more of a partner/trusted advisor in the purchase experience than a salesperson.I saw David for the first time on Sunday and took delivery of my bike today, Wednesday. I had a front tire on my motorcycle changed on a Saturday afternoon. I did not have an appointment, yet I was helped out as though I was already part of the schedule. I was happy with the price and service. I was treated with respect, for this reason I will return for more service in the future. The experience I had was pleasant and professional. at about 5:00 AM my od bike suffered tranny failure on the freeway. Got a tow and arrived at the dealer at 6:20 AM Service tech let me in with him at 0830 and made coffee while he looked at my bike. People were just arriving when I got the bad news of a transmission failure, I opted for a new 2013 wide glide (the bike of my dreams) Manager swiftly crafted my deal and in minutes I was on the road on my new bike. BEFORE they were even open for business!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE OUSTANDING CUSTOMER CARE!!!!!

JUST BOUGHT A 2013 FLHX AND MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!

Brought my 2011 FLHX in to have New Tires installed. After installation, tech advised, that there was a pulsing in the front brake. After consulting with the Service Advisor, I had informed him there was never a problem before. E.C. H-D had the Technicians reinspect my bike and determined all components Were In Spec. However, E.C. H-D replaced both front brake rotors, Precautionary, and as a Good Will and Loyal Customer Gesture, at no cost to me. The bike brakes work great! I am now back on the road with New Tires, as well as with Safety and Confidence! Thank You Emerald City Harley-Davidson, Big Thanks to Service Advisor: Mr. Chris De Farges and the Service Technicians. Your professionalism, and dedication to performing the job right, shows that you really do care! Thanks Again! I will definitely be back soon, and will recommend E.C. All of the staff work really hard to make sure the customer is happy with the entire experience. I came in on whim one Saturday to see what the new Rushmore bikes had to offer and ended up riding away on a new Ultra Limited. The bike was still in a crate in back, but they had it built and road-worthy in a couple of hours. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
